1. Handmade Nature of Products
All products from Ghiphareghunexar are handcrafted in our artisan print studio. Each piece is created using traditional printing techniques including letterpress and linocut, resulting in unique characteristics and slight variations between individual items.
These variations are inherent to handcrafted work and are not considered defects. They reflect the physical nature of the printing process and the materials used.
2. Quality Assurance
Every item is carefully inspected before leaving our studio. We ensure that each piece meets our quality standards for printing, paper condition, and overall craftsmanship.
3. Return Conditions
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, returns are accepted only under specific circumstances:
- Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged due to shipping, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage
- Manufacturing Defects: If an item has a significant manufacturing defect that affects its usability, contact us within 14 days of receipt
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide your order information and a description of the issue
- Include photographs if the return is due to damage or defect

5. Return Requirements
Items must be returned in their original condition, unwrapped (if applicable), and with original packaging if available. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
6. Refunds
If a return is approved:
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method
- Refunds typically process within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
7. Exchanges
Due to the limited, handcrafted nature of our products, we cannot guarantee exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us to discuss availability.
8. Custom and Personalized Items
Custom or personalized items, if applicable, are generally not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing error on our part.
9. Limited Edition Items
Limited edition prints and series are created in small quantities. Once an edition is sold out, exchanges or replacements may not be possible. Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis for damaged or defective items only.
10. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a damaged item resulting from shipping. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.

12. Damaged Items in Transit
If an item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us immediately with photographs of the damage and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include replacement, refund, or other appropriate remedies.

Once we receive your return request, we will review it within 3-5 business days. If approved, we will provide return instructions. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

- Items that have been personalized or customized
15. Store Credit
